The latest in precision equipment is used at OSI to calibrate electronic instruments whose accuracies are traceable to NIST. After every calibration, a Certificate of Calibration is provided giving a record of the test results and the NIST traceable standards.

A database is maintained on each customer containing critical information readily available whether the instrument is serviced in the Mobile Lab or at the Primary Lab in Houston.

Consequently, customers who participate in a regular maintenance program with OSI are automatically notified when instruments are due for calibration.

A hard copy or electronic file of this historical data is always available upon request at no charge to the customer.
